Metagenomic bins from 10.1128/AEM.01171-18, Metabolic Capability and Phylogenetic Diversity of Mono Lake during a Bloom of the Eukaryotic Phototroph Picocystis sp. Strain ML. <br>Bin identification and summary statistics can be found within the manuscript in Supplemental Table S3. <br>Eukaryotic bins within this dataset are appended with "Euk_" to differentiate them from the Bacterial or Archaeal bins in the dataset, but are otherwise identical to those in supplemental table S3.
本数据集包含源自DOI编号10.1128/AEM.01171-18的学术论文《真核光合生物Picocystis sp.菌株ML爆发期间莫诺湖的代谢能力与系统发育多样性》的宏基因组分箱（metagenomic bins）。
分箱鉴定结果与汇总统计信息可参阅该论文的补充表S3（Supplemental Table S3）。
本数据集内的真核生物分箱（eukaryotic bins）均添加了"Euk_"前缀，以与数据集中的细菌分箱（bacterial bins）和古菌分箱（archaeal bins）相区分，其余信息与补充表S3中的对应分箱完全一致。
