high-throughput sequencing and analysis of transcriptome of viral-infected Litopenaeus vannamei. Penaeus vannamei

The project aims to study the vial infection and control of Litopenaeus vannamei differences in the mRNA expression profiles, and find differentially expressed genes for screening shrimp molecular target for antiviral drugs or immune-enhancing drugs, and is expected to find many new genes, which make a positive effect of intellectual property for our active participation in international competition on the shrimp gene.

本项目旨在研究凡纳滨对虾（Litopenaeus vannamei）在病毒感染与防控过程中的mRNA表达谱差异，筛选差异表达基因以获取可用于开发抗病毒药物或免疫增强药物的对虾分子靶点；预期将发现大量新基因，这将为我国积极参与对虾基因领域的国际竞争奠定积极的知识产权基础。
