In this study, an ERF1, BpERF1.1, was overexpressed in birch (Betula Platyphylla Suk.) and 11 transgenic lines were obtained. Cold, salt and drought treatments were performed on the BpERF1.1 overexpressing lines and the WT line. The transgenic lines showed improved tolerance against these abiotic stresses than the WT line.
本研究将ERF1(Ethylene Response Factor 1)家族基因BpERF1.1在白桦(Betula Platyphylla Suk.)中进行过表达,共获得11个转基因株系。随后对过表达BpERF1.1的转基因株系及野生型(Wild Type, WT)株系分别施加低温、盐胁迫与干旱胁迫处理。结果表明,转基因株系对上述非生物胁迫的耐受能力显著优于野生型株系。
