This dataset contains SEM and AFM characterization data of the hydrophobic silica nanoparticle coatings applied to multiplexed ECL electrodes. The measurements provide detailed information on coating morphology and thickness. Comparative images before and after NaOH hydrolysis confirm the effective removal of the silica layer and the corresponding surface cleaning and activation of the gold electrode.

本数据集包含施加于多路电化学发光（Electrochemiluminescence, ECL）电极的疏水二氧化硅纳米颗粒涂层的扫描电子显微镜（Scanning Electron Microscopy, SEM）与原子力显微镜（Atomic Force Microscopy, AFM）表征数据。该测量可提供涂层形貌与厚度的详细信息。氢氧化钠水解前后的对比图像证实，可有效脱除二氧化硅涂层，并实现金电极的表面清洁与活化。
