Voronoi analysis - Reln deficient homozygous mouse cerebellar slices co-cultured with Reln haplodeficient heterozygous mouse cerebellar slices

This set of data shows the steps of image elaboration for Voronoi analysis of cerebellar slices from postnatal day 5-7 Reln deficient homozygous hybrid mice (L7-GFP<em>reln</em>^<em>-/-</em>F1/) co-cultured for 21 days in vitro in the presence of slices from Reln haplodeficient homozygous hybrid mice (L7-GFP<em>reln</em>^<em>+</em>^<em>/-</em>F1/).
