资源简介:
Periparturient cows rely on adipose tissue fatty acid reserves released by lipolysis to offset the negative energy balance induced by physiological changes related to parturition and the onset of lactation. However, lipolysis causes inflammation and structural remodeling in excess predisposes cows to disease. The objective of this study was to determine effects of the periparturient period on the transcriptomic profile of AT using NGS RNAseq mRNA profile of 12 mammary glands from cows before and at two time points after parturition. Subcutaneous adipose biopsies were collected on day -11, day 6 and day 13 relative to parturition
