S. pneumoniae isolated from the cerebrospinal fluid of a 64 years old female patient at Maurizio Bufalini Hospital in Cesena, Italy.Sequencing was performed both by Illumina iSeq 100 and Oxford Nanopore MinION.The genome was assembled with Flye v2.9.2 and polished with polypolish v0.5.0.肺炎链球菌（S. pneumoniae）分离自意大利切塞纳市毛里齐奥·布法利尼医院一名64岁女性患者的脑脊液样本。该菌株的基因组测序采用Illumina iSeq 100与Oxford Nanopore MinION平台完成，基因组组装使用Flye v2.9.2软件，序列抛光步骤采用polypolish v0.5.0软件完成。
