Endosulfan-degrader Streptomyces spp.

This project contains 8 samples of RNA-seq data. The samples are Streptomyces strain S9 and Streptomyces strain S12 (replicates 1 and 2 under carbon (CFM) and sulfur (SFM) free media). This study aim to identify possible genes involve in the endosulfan-degradation under sulfur and carbon-deficient conditions by tropical actinomycetes isolated from agricultural soil.本项目包含8组RNA测序（RNA-seq）样本数据。本次研究的样本对应链霉菌（Streptomyces）菌株S9与链霉菌菌株S12，涵盖无碳培养基（CFM）与无硫培养基（SFM）条件下的重复样本1与重复样本2。本研究旨在以从农业土壤中分离得到的热带放线菌（actinomycetes）为研究对象，筛选出硫丹（endosulfan）在缺硫及缺碳环境下降解过程中可能涉及的潜在功能基因。
