Cambium transcriptome reprograming in Picea glauca during traumatic resin duct formation. Picea glauca

Young Picea glauca (white spruce, ~8 years old in pots) trees were treated with methyl jasmonate to induce formation of traumatic resin ducts. Cambium tissue was isolated by laser microdissection and used to RNA isolation. Transcriptome sequencing was performed by RNAseq.

盆栽、树龄约8年的白云杉（Picea glauca）幼树经茉莉酸甲酯（methyl jasmonate）处理，以诱导创伤树脂道（traumatic resin ducts）形成。形成层组织经激光显微切割（laser microdissection）分离后，用于RNA提取。随后采用RNA测序（RNA-seq）完成转录组测序。
