资源简介:
The increased intakes of fructose and salt contribute to the development of hypertension and related metabolic disorders, which are closely associated with gut dysbiosis. FTZ, a traditional Chinese patent medicine commonly used in clinical practice, has recently emerged as a promising drug candidate for metabolic diseases. The aim of the study is to investigate whether FTZ treatment could alleviate high-fructose and high-salt diet-induced hypertension, and to ascertain the role of intestinal microbiota in the antihypertensive effect of FTZ.
