N-glycans from the Tregs were permethylated and analysed by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. The data were acquired in the form of [M+Na]+ ions. 取自调节性T细胞（Regulatory T cells，Tregs）的N-聚糖经全甲基化处理后，通过基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间（MALDI-TOF）质谱进行分析。实验数据以[M+Na]+离子形式采集得到。代表杂合型与复合型聚糖的信号峰，依据分子量及N-聚糖生物合成途径完成注释。本数据集为论文《调节性T细胞活化触发与唾液酸结合性免疫球蛋白样凝集素1（Siglec-1）依赖性炎症反应相关的糖基化特异性改变》的支撑原始数据。
