Immunomodulatory evaluation of isolates from sungkai leaf (Peronema canescens Jack) ethanol fraction

Three compounds were isolated from sungkai leaf ethanol fraction coded I1, I2, and I3. The isolates were evaluated for their immunomodulatory activity. We found that I2 and I3 acted as immunostimulants meanwhile I1 acted as immunosuppressant. We provide data of their effects on mice total leukocyte count, phagocytosis activity, lymphoid organ index, and carbon clearance rate.

从编号为I1、I2、I3的松凯叶（Sungkai leaf）乙醇馏分（ethanol fraction）中分离得到3种化合物。对上述分离得到的化合物开展免疫调节活性（immunomodulatory activity）评价，结果显示I2与I3可作为免疫刺激剂（immunostimulants），而I1则发挥免疫抑制剂（immunosuppressant）的作用。本数据集提供了这三种化合物对小鼠总白细胞计数（total leukocyte count）、吞噬活性（phagocytosis activity）、淋巴器官指数（lymphoid organ index）及碳廓清率（carbon clearance rate）的影响相关数据。
