Ecosystem engineering interactions influence the response of bacterial communities to inundation in salt marsh soils

Soil and rhizosphere samples from an experiment consisting in understanding the interactions between plants, soil burrowing amphipod, and soil microbes. Samples were taken before and 19 and 33 days after inundation with saltwater.
