To uncover the underlying mechanism of fluconazole resistance upon genetic depletion of ATP3 and ATP22, we performed transcriptomic analysis by RNA-seq for atp3Δ, atp22Δ, and WT cells during standard log phase growth. We conducted three independent replicates and compared the transcriptomes of atp3Δ and atp22Δ with that of WT cells to profile the differentially expressed genes (DEGs).
为阐明ATP3与ATP22基因缺失后氟康唑(fluconazole)耐药性的潜在作用机制,我们针对标准对数生长期的atp3Δ、atp22Δ突变株与野生型(Wild Type, WT)细胞开展了RNA-seq转录组分析。本实验设置三次独立生物学重复,将atp3Δ与atp22Δ突变株的转录组与野生型细胞的转录组进行比对,以此解析差异表达基因(differentially expressed genes, DEGs)的表达谱。
