Factory Production Scheduling Data Collection: In the internal MES database, structured data covers all header dimensions including date, scheduling resources, shifts, order/finished product/material codes, material descriptions, models, customer abbreviations, quantities, etc., and retains core scheduling parameters. Externally, through system docking, structured data such as supplier material arrival plans (associated with material codes) and customer order changes (associated with orders/models) are acquired; unstructured data including customer customized technical documents (associated with models/material descriptions) and logistics timeliness reports (associated with dates/quantities) are integrated to support dynamic optimization of production scheduling.
