The objectives of this study are isolation, identification, and "in vitro" probiotic characterization of Non-starter lactic acid bacteria (NSLAB) isolates from fermented hot black carrot juice (shalgam) microbiome. Within the scope of the study, Lentilactobacillus buchneri sp. silagei strain AGA55 was isolated and sequenced.

本研究的目标为从发酵热黑胡萝卜汁（shalgam）微生物组中分离、鉴定非发酵剂乳酸菌（Non-starter lactic acid bacteria, NSLAB）菌株，并对其开展体外（in vitro）益生菌特性表征。研究期间，布氏乳杆菌青贮亚种（Lentilactobacillus buchneri sp. silagei）AGA55菌株被成功分离并完成测序。
