Original amplicon length (OAL), # recombination events (#R), length after trimming (Lgth), variable sites (VS), parsimony informative sites (PIS), number of haplotypes (H), number of insertion and deletions (indels) and Tajima’s D (D).Total summary is the average of haplotypes and sum of all other statistics.

原始扩增子长度（Original amplicon length, OAL）、重组事件数（# recombination events, #R）、修剪后长度（length after trimming, Lgth）、可变位点（variable sites, VS）、简约信息位点（parsimony informative sites, PIS）、单倍型数（number of haplotypes, H）、插入缺失（indels）数以及塔伊马D值（Tajima’s D, D）。总汇总值为单倍型数的平均值与其余所有统计量的总和。
