We analyzed gene expression in lung tissue from <em>Calca+</em>/- and WT rats using RNA-seq, and subsequent Gene Ontology (GO) analysis showed that nucleus and cytoplasm expression pathways were significantly enriched in <em>Calca</em>+/- rats compared to WT, indicating that αCGRP deficiency may induce specific proteins target intranuclear and cytoplasmic migration.

本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术，对Calca+/-与野生型（Wild Type）大鼠的肺组织基因表达情况进行了分析。后续的基因本体（Gene Ontology，GO）富集分析结果显示，与野生型大鼠相比，Calca+/-大鼠的细胞核与细胞质相关表达通路显著富集，这表明α降钙素基因相关肽（αCGRP）缺失可能诱导特定蛋白靶向细胞核与细胞质区域发生迁移。
