In this study, we compared somatic mutation frequencies and spectra of bleomycin-treated and control fibroblasts of 5 species, i.e., mouse, guinea pig, blind mole-rat, naked mole-rat and humans, by using single-cell whole-genome sequencing. 本研究采用单细胞全基因组测序技术,对比了小鼠、豚鼠、盲鼹形鼠、裸鼹形鼠及人类共5个物种的博莱霉素处理组与对照组成纤维细胞的体细胞突变频率与突变谱。人类细胞的测序数据已提交至dbGaP数据库;啮齿类细胞的测序数据存储于SRA数据库,登录号为PRJNA753541。
