Maintenance of Genome Sequence Integrity in Long- and Short-lived Rodent Species

In this study, we compared somatic mutation frequencies and spectra of bleomycin-treated and control fibroblasts of 5 species, i.e., mouse, guinea pig, blind mole-rat, naked mole-rat and humans, by using single-cell whole-genome sequencing. Sequencing data of the human cells are deposited here in the dbGaP.
