Metagenomic assembled genomes from citrus leaf in California, USA. leaf metagenome

In this study, we focus on the bacterial metagenomic analysis of citrus leaf midrib collected from Southern California, USA. First, we developed a metagenomic pipeline on citrus leaf and then we characterized and compared the identified bacterial metagenomic assembled contigs among four locations. 本研究聚焦于采自美国加利福尼亚州南部的柑橘叶中脉细菌宏基因组学分析。首先，我们构建了适配柑橘叶片的宏基因组学分析流程，随后对四个采样位点中经鉴定得到的细菌宏基因组组装重叠群（contigs）开展特征解析与组间比较。此外，本研究还进一步探讨了引发亚洲韧皮部杆菌（Candidatus liberibacter asiasticus）实时荧光定量PCR（qPCR）检测呈现高Ct值状态的微生物组相关影响因素。
