RNA-seq_Venetoclax vs Venetoclax+MPA

This study investigates the transcriptional changes induced by Venetoclax treatment, alone or in combination with Mycophenolic Acid (MPA), in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell lines MOLM13 and MV4-11. Total RNA was extracted from cells treated under these conditions, and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed to analyze gene expression profiles. The study aims to elucidate the synergistic mechanisms of Venetoclax and MPA in targeting AML cells, providing insights into potential therapeutic strategies for AML.本研究探究了维奈克拉（Venetoclax）单药或联合霉酚酸（Mycophenolic Acid，MPA）处理急性髓系白血病（acute myeloid leukemia，AML）细胞系MOLM13与MV4-11后诱导的转录组变化。从上述处理条件下的细胞中提取总RNA，并通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析基因表达谱。本研究旨在阐明维奈克拉与MPA靶向AML细胞的协同作用机制，为AML的潜在治疗策略提供研究思路。
