This study investigates the transcriptional changes induced by Venetoclax treatment, alone or in combination with Mycophenolic Acid (MPA), in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell lines MOLM13 and MV4-11. Total RNA was extracted from cells treated under these conditions, and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed to analyze gene expression profiles. The study aims to elucidate the synergistic mechanisms of Venetoclax and MPA in targeting AML cells, providing insights into potential therapeutic strategies for AML.
