RNA from three hepatocellular carcinomas from 24-month-old SRSF3HKO mice compared to RNA from non-tumorous liver from 24-month-old SRSF3HKO mice for changes in exon utilization and gene expression. Overall design: Liver tumor vs. normal liver, three replicates each.

本数据集针对24月龄SRSF3HKO小鼠的3例肝细胞癌（hepatocellular carcinoma）组织的RNA，与同月龄该品系小鼠的非肿瘤性肝脏组织RNA开展比对分析，以探究二者在外显子利用（exon utilization）与基因表达（gene expression）层面的变化差异。实验设计：以肝细胞癌组织与正常肝脏组织为对照组别，每组各设置3次生物学重复。
