These are FIB-milled dinoflagellate cells (Symbiodinium). These are the tilt series collected on . the lamellae milled on grid 1. Grid 1 correlates with grid1 on the SEM folder.
本数据集涵盖经聚焦离子束（Focused Ion Beam, FIB）铣削的甲藻（Symbiodinium，虫黄藻）细胞。所提供的倾转序列采集自栅格1上铣制得到的薄片样品。栅格1与扫描电子显微镜（Scanning Electron Microscope, SEM）文件夹内的grid1相互匹配。
