The regulatory adaptation of the stringent response potentiator, DksA, during Salmonella evolution

In this project, we used chromatin immunoprecipitation approach and RNA-sequencing of three related bacterial species ( EC SB and STM) to study the adaptation of the stringent response potentiator, DksA, during Salmonella evolution.

本研究采用染色质免疫沉淀（chromatin immunoprecipitation）与RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）技术，对EC、SB、STM三种相关细菌物种开展组学分析，旨在探究严谨反应（stringent response）增效因子DksA在沙门氏菌演化过程中的适应性机制。
