This Escherichia coli isolate was cultured from the cerebrospinal fluid of an adult patient affected by meningitis.The genome was sequenced using both Illumina iSeq 100 and Oxford Nanopore MinION platforms.The genome was assembled using Unicycler 0.5.0 with hybrid approach, and polished with Polypolish 0.5.0.

本大肠杆菌（Escherichia coli）分离株取自一名罹患脑膜炎的成年患者的脑脊液样本。采用Illumina iSeq 100与Oxford Nanopore MinION两个测序平台对该菌株的基因组进行测序。基因组组装通过Unicycler 0.5.0以混合组装策略完成，并使用Polypolish 0.5.0进行序列抛光处理。
