DIGITIZATION OF HISTORICAL SOURCES OF UZBEKISTAN: CHALLENGES AND PROSPECTS

This article analyzes the processes of digitizing the rich historical and cultural heritage of Uzbekistan, specifically archival documents, manuscripts, and archaeological finds. The study examines the benefits of introducing modern ICT technologies into the field, the existing technical and legal barriers, and methods for overcoming them. Furthermore, the role of developing "Digital History" in strengthening national identity is scientifically substantiated.本文针对乌兹别克斯坦丰富的历史文化遗产数字化进程展开分析，具体涵盖档案文献、手稿与考古发掘品三大类别。本研究探讨了将现代信息通信技术（Information and Communications Technology, ICT）引入该领域的优势、当前存在的技术与法律壁垒，以及相应的破解路径。此外，本研究还从科学层面论证了发展数字史学（Digital History）对于强化国家身份认同的重要作用。
