The impact of estrogen receptor bata activation in colonic epithelial cells on downstream signaling pathways

Total RNA was extracted from both estrogen receptor bata agonists DPN treated colonic epithelial cell lines NCM460 cell samples and untreated control samples utilizing Trizol reagent. To accurately determine the concentration and purity of total RNA in each sample, the Nano 300 spectrophotometer was employed. Subsequently, these total RNA samples were submitted to Shanghai Bioprofile Biotechnology for professional processing.

本研究采用Trizol试剂，从经雌激素受体β（estrogen receptor beta）激动剂DPN处理的结肠上皮细胞系NCM460细胞样本与未处理的对照样本中提取总RNA。为精准测定各样本中总RNA的浓度与纯度，采用Nano 300分光光度计完成检测。随后，将上述总RNA样本送至上海博苑生物科技（Shanghai Bioprofile Biotechnology）进行专业化处理。
