Shutoff of host transcription triggers a toxin-antitoxin system to cleave phage RNA and abort infection [toxIN_T7infection_RNAseq]

The purpose of this experiment was to characterize ToxN activity following T7 infection. Overall design: Two replicates each of +toxIN (pBR322-toxIN) and -toxIN (pBR322 empty vector) cells i0,2.5,5,10,20, and 30 min post-T7 infection.

实验整体设计：设置携带pBR322-toxIN质粒的+toxIN组与仅携带空载pBR322质粒的-toxIN组，每组各设2个生物学重复，分别于T7噬菌体感染后0、2.5、5、10、20及30分钟采集细胞样本。
