We explore independent events of emergence of asexuality from sexual ancestor lineages in the brown algal Scytosiphon to examine the proximate and evolutionary mechanisms involved in the emergence of asexual reproduction and to test the importance of sexual conflict on gene expression changes following loss of sex. RNA-seq data.本研究以褐藻硬皮藻属（Scytosiphon）为研究对象，针对该类群中由有性祖先谱系独立起源无性生殖的多起独立事件展开探究，旨在解析无性生殖形成过程中涉及的近因机制与进化机制，并检验性冲突在有性生殖丧失后对基因表达变化的影响。本研究采用的数据集为RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据。
