本数据集为构巢曲霉（Aspergillus nidulans）TNO2A3、ΔmsbA及ΔMHD菌株的转录组数据。所有菌株分别经两种培养方式处理：其一为在完全培养基（YUU）中培养24小时，其二为转接至以微晶纤维素（Avicel）为唯一碳源的基本培养基中培养24小时。本次实验共设置2种培养条件，即以完全培养基培养24小时作为参照对照，以及以含Avicel的基本培养基培养24小时，涵盖3株待测菌株，且每个实验点均设置3次生物学重复。
