Genome structure and function in Saccharomyces cerevisiae with multi-collinear rDNA loci

Using deep sequencing data we analyzed the 3D organization and stability of mega-size yeast chromosomes, carrying two functional rDNA loci duplicated in cis within the same chromosomal arm. We investigated genome stability and architecture using HiC (genome-wide chromosome conformation capture method) as well as its function using RNA-sequencing.本研究借助深度测序数据，对携带两个功能性顺式（cis）重复核糖体DNA（rDNA）位点的巨型酵母染色体的三维组织结构与稳定性展开分析。研究采用Hi-C（全基因组染色体构象捕获技术，genome-wide chromosome conformation capture method）探究基因组稳定性与三维结构，并通过RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）解析其相关功能。
