37 surgical samples were interrogated by WXS, and 50 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded samples were interrogated by target-seq. Agilent SureSelect XT kit and SureSelect Human Exon V6 were used to generate exome libraries. Agilent SureSelect XT low input kit and custom capture panel designed on SureDesign were used to generate target-seq libraries.
