Donafenib Monotherapy for Previously Treated Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

The investigators do the clinical trial (patients with metastatic colorectal cancer treated with donafenib after failure of standard therapy) to assess safety and efficacy of donafenib in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer, progressing after all approved standard therapies.本研究团队开展一项转移性结直肠癌患者临床试验，入组对象为经所有获批标准疗法治疗失败后出现疾病进展的转移性结直肠癌患者，受试者将在标准治疗失败后接受多纳非尼（donafenib）治疗，本试验旨在评估多纳非尼在该类患者中的安全性与有效性。
