Data for: Manufacturing process sequence design under consideration of ecological and economic impacts

The dataset contains supplementary data for the contribution Manufacturing process sequence design under consideration of ecological and economic impacts intended for publication in a special issue of PROCEDIA CIRP of the 30th CIRP Design conference. The dataset is the basis of the case study presented in the contribution. It contains the data used to calculate the costs and monetary value of the manufacturing process sequence analyzed in the case study. The manufacturing process sequence consisted of the four unit processes grinding, drag finishing, PVD coating, peripheral milling. The monetary value was calculated by using EPS 2015d and Lime3. Costs were calculated based on the material flow cost accounting according to ISO 14051.本数据集为题为《考虑生态与经济影响的制造工艺序列设计》的投稿论文的补充数据，该论文拟发表于第30届国际生产工程研究会（CIRP）设计大会的《PROCEDIA CIRP》特刊。本数据集是该投稿所呈现案例研究的基础支撑数据，包含用于计算本案例研究中分析的制造工艺序列的成本与货币价值的相关数据。该制造工艺序列包含四道单元工序：磨削、拖抛加工、物理气相沉积（PVD）涂层及周边铣削。货币价值的计算采用EPS 2015d与Lime3软件，成本核算则依据ISO 14051标准规定的物料流动成本核算方法进行。
