Gene expression pattern in fat bodies of flies expressing (or not) a dominant-negative form of the PI3K Dp110 (UAS-Dp110-DN, D954A) driven from a constitutive fat body-specific driver (FB-GAL4). Overall design: Fat bodies were dissected from flies (5 per sample) expressing the Dp110DN transgene (FB-Dp110DN) or control flies expressing only the driver (FB-GAL4). 3 samples were prepared in total, each on a different date.

本数据集为通过组成型脂肪体特异性驱动因子FB-GAL4驱动表达(或不表达)PI3K Dp110显性负突变体(UAS-Dp110-DN, D954A)的果蝇脂肪体基因表达模式数据。整体实验设计:从表达Dp110DN转基因的果蝇(FB-Dp110DN组)或仅表达驱动因子的对照果蝇(FB-GAL4组)中解剖分离脂肪体,每个样本包含5只果蝇。共制备3个样本,各样本的制备日期均不相同。
