Quercus robur total rna in conditions of optimal watering and temperature (group - control), heat (30 C) and well watering (group watering), heat (30 C) and drought (group - drought).RNA from six individuals in control and 10 individuals from watering and drought mixed to measure mean expression of genes in various conditions for further PCR validation.本数据集涵盖欧洲栎（Quercus robur）的总RNA样本，取材于三类实验条件：最优浇水与温度条件（分组为对照组）、30℃热胁迫且充分浇水（浇水组）、30℃热胁迫且干旱胁迫（干旱组）。其中对照组的RNA提取自6个个体，浇水组与干旱组的RNA各提取自10个个体，将上述样本混合后可用于检测不同实验条件下的基因平均表达水平，以支撑后续的聚合酶链式反应（PCR）验证实验。
