The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of dapagliflozin (DAPA), a sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitor, on obesity-related cardiac dysfunction and its potential molecular mechanism.We utilized 3 groups of H9c2 cells, as following: 1) Con: H9c2 cells with vehicle treatment, 2) PA: H9c2 cells treated with PA, 3) PA+Dapa: H9c2 cells pretreated with Dapa and then stimulated with PA.
本研究旨在探究钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2抑制剂达格列净(dapagliflozin, DAPA)对肥胖相关心功能不全的影响及其潜在分子机制。本研究共设置3组H9c2细胞,具体分组如下:1)对照组(Con):仅经溶剂处理的H9c2细胞;2)PA处理组:经PA处理的H9c2细胞;3)PA+Dapa组:先用DAPA预处理,随后以PA刺激的H9c2细胞。
