Helicoverpa Zea AW1 Cell Transcriptomics

These sequences are aimed at characterizing the AW1 cell line derived from the midgut of Helicoverpa zea. The reads are divided into two samples for both free floating cells and cells in spheroid like conditions.本批测序序列旨在表征源自美洲棉铃虫（Helicoverpa zea）中肠的AW1细胞系。所得测序读段被分为两组样本，分别对应悬浮培养细胞与类球体培养条件下的细胞。
