Whole exome sequencing of EuMyc leukemia

We have developed an EuMyc based mouse leukemia model with accelerated kinetics. We collected tumor samples with similar phenotype from the model and control EuMyc animals and compared coding mutation frequencies.我们构建了一种基于EuMyc的加速病程小鼠白血病模型。我们从该模型及对照EuMyc动物中收集了表型相似的肿瘤样本，并对二者的编码区突变频率进行了比较。
