we mapped the in vivo binding sites of GPATCH4 in HCC Huh7 cells by iCLIP-seq. We established a Huh7 cell line stably expressing FLAG-tagged GPATCH4. We purified the crosslinked RNAs in the specific GPATCH4-RNA complex, and constructed cDNA libraries for high through-put sequencing.我们通过iCLIP-seq定位了肝细胞癌（hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC）来源的Huh7细胞中GPATCH4的体内结合位点。我们构建了稳定表达FLAG标签融合GPATCH4的Huh7细胞系。我们纯化了特异性GPATCH4-RNA复合物中的交联RNA，并构建了用于高通量测序的cDNA文库。
