CUT&Tag

Here, to identify candidate target genes regulated by H3K18la histone lactylation, we performed CUT&Tag assay using H3K18la antibody to find out the promotor and upstream gene regions that H3K18la enriched.为鉴定受组蛋白H3K18乳酸化修饰（H3K18la histone lactylation）调控的候选靶基因，本研究采用H3K18la抗体开展CUT&Tag实验，以获取H3K18la富集的启动子与基因上游区域。
