These Lake Mendota Microbial Observatory samples from summer 2014 were sequenced using both V4 and V4-V5 primers. These samples come from the same water grabs as samples in the limony dataset, but they are from different filters. Additionally, they were sequenced much more deeply than the limony dataset.
2014年夏季采集的门多塔湖（Lake Mendota）微生物观测站样本采用V4与V4-V5引物进行了测序。本批样本与limony数据集中的样本源自同一批瞬时水样，但使用了不同的滤膜。此外，本批样本的测序深度远高于limony数据集。
