Transcriptome analyses of aphids treated with betulin

Pest-resistant plants usually utilize secondary metabolites to cope with insect infestation. Betulin, a key bioactive compound in aphid-resistant wild peach, possesses promising applications in crop protection. Here, betulin, in both greenhouse and field experiments, displayed excellent control efficacy against Myzus persicae. RNA-seq, qPCR, and western blotting revealed that betulin significantly inhibited the expression of MpGABR.抗虫植物通常借助次生代谢物抵御昆虫侵染。白桦脂醇（Betulin）是抗蚜虫野生桃中的关键生物活性化合物，在作物保护领域具备良好的应用前景。本研究中，白桦脂醇在温室与田间试验中，对桃蚜（Myzus persicae）均展现出优异的防治效果。通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）、实时定量PCR（qPCR）以及蛋白质印迹法（western blotting）分析证实，白桦脂醇可显著抑制MpGABR的表达。
