The RNA sequence analysis of the immature tubers of Gastrodia elata Bl. f. glauca S. Chow from sexual reproduction in Changbai Mountain area was used to study the degradation mechanism of Gastrodia elata Bl. f. glauca S. Chow asexual reproduction, and to provide a basis for the asexual reproduction and degradation of Gastrodia elata Bl. f. glauca S. Chow in Changbai Mountains.
