Antibiotic-responsive microbial transcriptomes

RNA-Seq on common bacterial pathogens in the presence vs absence of a variety of antibiotics. Two susceptible and two resistant isolates were exposed to antibiotics in laboratory culture, total RNA was extracted at various timepoints from cultures with and without antibiotics, and cDNA libraries were prepared for Illumina sequencing.针对常见细菌性致病菌在多种抗生素存在与不存在条件下的RNA测序（RNA-Seq）：研究选取两株敏感分离株与两株耐药分离株，在实验室培养体系中施加抗生素处理；分别在多个时间点从施加与未施加抗生素的培养物中提取总RNA，并构建互补DNA（cDNA）文库以开展Illumina测序。
