Degradation of multiple peptides by microcystin-degrader Paucibacter toxinivorans (2C20)

Evaluation of a known microcystin-degrader bacterium with a wide range ability to degrade multiple peptides from cyanobacteria in different supplies and peptides from other biological sources. Then, bacteria could be optimized as a potential biological tool for water treatment. The raw data are presented in a Excel sample sheet summarizing concentrations detected in UPLC/MS.

本研究对一株已知的微囊藻毒素降解细菌（microcystin-degrader bacterium）开展性能评估，该菌具备广谱降解能力，可降解不同基质中蓝藻（cyanobacteria）产生的多种肽类，以及其他生物来源的肽类物质。该菌株可被优化为一种潜在的水处理生物工具。原始数据已整理至Excel工作表中，汇总了通过超高效液相色谱-质谱联用仪（UPLC/MS）检测得到的浓度数据。
