HCG global HI analysis

This Zenodo repository contains the reduced data products of a global study of the HI properties of Hickson Compact Groups (HCGs) of galaxies (Jones et al. 2023). These data are required to execute the data analysis Jupyter notebooks contained in the associated github repository, which will reproduce all the figures and tables presented in the paper. To execute these notebooks the github repository should be cloned and all the datasets in this repository should be extracted in the main directory. These datasets are the HI cubes and moments maps (from Very Large Array observations) produced in this work, Green Bank Telescope HI spectra from Borthakur et al. 2010, and optical images from DECaLS, SDSS, and POSS.
