Alterations of Vaginal Microbiota by Lactobacillus Tablets in Postmenopausal Women

Postmenopausal Women without urinary tract infection were enrolled and administered Lactobacillus tablets containing L. brevis for one month. Vaginal microbiota just after administration was compared to that before administration using the next generation sequencing technique.招募无尿路感染的绝经后女性作为研究对象，给予其服用含有短乳杆菌（L. brevis）的乳酸菌片剂，干预时长为1个月。采用下一代测序技术（next generation sequencing）对给药即刻与给药前的阴道微生物组进行对比分析。
