Gene expression changes between livers of treated WT and dKO (Foxa1 and Foxa2 KO) male and female mice and untreated female (WT and dKO) mice were measured to identify pathways related to Foxa1/2 regulation of pathways involved in liver cancer. The experiment uses 4 replicates each for 6 conditions

为识别与Foxa1/2调控肝癌相关通路有关的信号通路,本研究检测了经处理的野生型(Wild Type, WT)、Foxa1与Foxa2双基因敲除型(double knockout, dKO)雌雄小鼠的肝脏组织,以及未处理的雌性野生型、雌性双基因敲除型小鼠的肝脏组织的基因表达变化。本实验共设置6组实验条件,每组均设置4次生物学重复。
